As a consequence of the creation of the Wine circuit, the valley’s winegrowers decided to extend their commitment and, with a business criterion, they founded the Asociación de Empresarios Vitivinícolas del Valle de Casablanca, a vineyard trade association, in July 2001.
This association is formed by winegrowers and grape producers with the purpose of protecting and disseminating the characteristics of the Casablanca Valley, in all aspects related to its original designation.
Mission of the Association: The viticulturist trade association’s mission is to maintain and enhance the Casablanca Valley's image and its denomination in the international and national scope, in the three following areas: viticulture, enology, marketing and tourism.
Operation: The association is ruled by statutes and regulations. Once a year, a Partners General Meeting takes place, where the management of the previous year is evaluated and proposals are made for the coming year. The Association has a board of Directors of nine members. Day after day our General Manager, Cristian Pacheco with Pamela Silva, Tourism engineer, work effectively to develop all the activities of the Association.
The Directory meets once a month, in order to analyze the scheduled activities and evaluate new proposals in accordance with the targets of the Association.
