This vine-stock is the latest Casablanca revelation and gives the vigorous note between the whites and Pinot Noir. Nevertheless, the Syrah of Casablanca is not a vigorous wine but rather a fine, delicate, cold weather wine, with mild and pleasant tannins.
Peter Richard, British wine critic and author, who writes among other means for Decanter magazine, is passionate of this cold weather Syrah.
